The Shimano XT M760 rear derailleur features Shimano’s Rapid Rise technology, which works in the opposite way to standard derailleurs and provides lightning-quick and clean shifting through the cassette. So should you turn a corner and find an unexpected steep climb, you’ll be able to quickly drop down the gears and keep pedaling. The M760 is compatible with all Shimano 9-Speed shifters but works best when used with Shimano’s Rapid Fire shifters. It has excellent durability and will give you the performance you need to dominate your local trails.
